UNIQUE PASSIVE / ACTIVE EFFECT
Ice Retribution. When cast on an enemy hero, deals them 100 True Damage and steals 72-100 Movement Speed (scales with level) from them for 4 seconds. Retribution is upgraded when the total number of creep kills, hero kills, and assists reaches 5.
