UNIQUE PASSIVE / ACTIVE EFFECT
Flame Retribution. When cast on an enemy hero, deals them 100 True Damage and steals 58-100 Physical Attack and Magic Power (scales with level) from them for 4 seconds. Retribution is upgraded when the total number of creep kills, hero kills, and assists reaches 5.
